Spencer G. Riche is a Co-Founder and Director of R2 Capital.
Spencer has over 8 years of investing and operating experience with a primary focus on the real estate and construction sector and is responsible for deal origination, transaction execution, portfolio management and overall leadership of R2 Capital, managing over $67 Million in assets.
ABOUT
Spencer has an extensive background in real estate, acquiring and managing commercial and residential assets in 14-markets, across two countries. He is an expert joint venture strategist with a wealth of experience in finding off-market opportunities, renovations, and implementing creative value-add strategies. Spencer focuses on cost control, maximizing return on investment, and developing strong management teams.
Spencer started his career in the specialty trade of sprinkler-fitting spending four years with Vipond Fire. He then later advanced into the oil and gas industry working for S/A Energy Group. Spencer became proficient in trades and personal management, supervising fire suppression crews on large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects such as;
